Our client has doubled revenues over the last 5 years and they've done it the old fashioned way, through operational excellence and leveraging technology to take market share from the competition. They’re the acknowledged technology leader within their industry and are once again investing heavily in large-scale enterprise I.T. initiatives. They’re moving to a cloud based CRM solution and are actively recruiting to fill two BA/QA Hybrid roles within the CRM team that will engage the Biz, gather requirements and deliver design documents.

You will be responsible for working with the implementation partners to configure the App to Biz specs as well as write QA test scripts, load them to HP Quality Center, and conduct app and system testing.

SERIOUS CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:

- 2+ years of CRM (any) – Required

- Strong BA skills (design docs)

- QA experience and write test scripts

- Excellent User Skills – Team Player

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE A PLUS:

- Agile methodology

- Data analysis and/ or MDM experience
