Our client is an acknowledged leader in their field is once again expanding their I.T. staff to support the company’s growth. They’ve just created a new role for a Manager, Business Analysis combining BA’s from several teams into a single team. You’ll lead a team of 7 individuals providing requirements gathering, business systems analysis and design for system modification, design and enhancement. With full HR Administrative responsibilities you’ll assign tasks, ensure completion, provide professional development and mentoring as well as career development.
More specifically, this role will lead the effort to standardize all design/ analysis templates (BRD, FRD’s, etc…) as well as cross-train Analysts in applications across the portfolio to create greater continuity. Additionally, you’ll engage with peers in AppDev as well as executive business users to help understand direction and business objectives and deliver for the users.
CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS THE FOLLING FOR CONSIDERATION:
• Strong Business Analysis experience key (Have come up the ranks as a BA)
• Experience with design documents (BRD and FRD’s)
• Solid knowledge of SDLC and Waterfall methodology
• Leadership experience – people mgmt. preferred but Team Lead acceptable!
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree
ADDITIONAL SKILLS A PLUS:
• Experience developing Use Cases
• Management experience - managed teams with full salary and HR admin responsibilities
• Financial Services industry experience
This is strictly a direct-hire, full-time permanent role working for the end client and they are unable to sponsor or do Contract to Hire.
Additionally, they are presently unable to provide relocation assistance and seeking candidates within commuting distance of Ft. Wayne.
