SAP MM-PP Analyst

We’ve been exclusively engaged by a rapidly expanding engineering and manufacturing firm to help address the business’s growing appetite for information systems, solutions and technology. As manufacturing ramps up it’s created a need for a Sr MM/PP Functional Analyst to join the team. You’ll assume full responsibility for these modules and help lead the successful implementation of Capacity Planning and integration with other manufacturing solutions. THIS IS NOT A C2C OR CONSULTING ROLE.
You’ll engage directly with business users to understand business goals/ objectives, gather requirements to translate to functional and technical specs, configure SAP MM and PP solutions as well as work closely with the ABAP team to develop necessary modifications. Additionally, this role provides system and technical testing to include creating test scenarios, test cases and test scripts and conducting appropriate testing in addition to documenting all changes and training users in the proper use of the system. All in all, it’s a great opportunity if you’re looking to have end to end responsibility for 2 modules in a rapidly growing firm that believes in cross training their team.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 5 years of SAP MM and PP configuration experience
- Capacity Planning experience with Made to Order (MTO) and Made to Stock (MTS)
- Must have 1 or 2 implementations under your belt
- Discrete and repetitive manufacturing background
- QA testing – written test cases/ scripts and conducted testing
- Strong verbal communication skills (will own the user relationship and train them)
- Excellent written communicator (will document all system changes)
- 4 year degree required
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- LSMN data integration
- Understanding and/ or experience with SAP QM module
