We’ve been exclusively engaged by a rapidly expanding engineering and manufacturing firm to help address the business’s growing appetite for information systems, solutions and technology. They have an immediate need for a talented and experienced SAP Warranty Analyst to join the team and help drive completion of the SAP Warranty implementation into the production environment. THIS IS DIRECT-HIRE/ FTE ROLE, NOT A CONSULTING/CONTRACT ROLE!

Once assuming responsibility from the Consultant you’ll have full life-cycle responsibilities for SAP Warranty as well as supporting the SAP Enterprise Asset Management functionalities integrated into Warranty. Specifically you’ll directly engage with the user community to determine business needs, gather requirements, develop functional / technical specs, configure the Warranty solutions as needed as well as work closely with the ABAP team to ensure successful development and deployment of customizations. Additionally, you’ll lead the testing writing test scenarios, test cases/ scripts and conduct UAT as well as document changes and train the user community as needed.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- MUST HAVE SAP Warranty, Service Management and/or Auto Warranty Solution
- Ideally 4 years of Warranty background but will flex if less and strong SD configuration
- SAP Order to Cash (must be very strong!)
- Return Materials Authorization (RMA) required
- SAP SD and FI integration expertise
- Strong verbal skills (will engage the users and train them)
- Excellent written skills (will develop all documentation)
- 4 year degree – no exceptions

PREFERRED SKILLS:

- Large Warranty project experience involving SAP SD, CS and Procurement
- SAP certification in Warranty, Customer Service or SD
- Aerospace or Aviation
